Act as a role model and mentor to staff, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to the highest standards of care and ethical practice. Our Ideal Candidate will: Hold a Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce Diploma (or equivalent) Either hold or be committed to completing their Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management for health & social care children & young people services Have a minimum two years' experience working in social care Have experience leading and motivating a staff team Knowledge of legislation and Ofsted requirements Be flexible and willing to go the extra mile Apply now and be part of our dedicated team!
