    Become part of our society.We are currently looking for an organised and motivated Administrator to support our Bristol office. Due to the nature of the work this is a fully office based role.What does the role involve? As part of our National Team, you will support the business by shared answering and transferring telephone calls in a professional manner providing a seamless call service for the Group. You will be responsible for the general supervision of the office areas and meeting rooms, greeting visitors, organising refreshments and catering requirements, tidying meeting rooms and replenishing office supplies. You will also be required to collaborate with the wider admin team across the UK.You will be part of our National Admin Team and will assist with general administrative tasks including: Updating key project SharePoint platforms which support the business ensuring business critical information is managed efficiently.Monitoring the general mailboxes.Booking travel and accommodation.Document production, including printing, scanning and binding.Arranging couriers and handling incoming and outgoing post.Preparing documents for archive.Ordering stationery.Ordering PPE.Carrying out new starter inductions.Booking CSCS tests and processing applications. Assisting with managing the office events bookings.Assisting with H&S Rep duties.Office fire warden (training to be provided).Interaction with the facilities team if changes are taking place in the office.The ideal candidate will have:Experience in a similar role along with excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good level of competency with O365 SharePoint Platforms and Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook and Excel. This role can be worked flexibly, which to us means at least 3 days per week either in the office or on site with the remaining days at home.
