About the role We’re looking for a commercially minded Analyst to join Ogilvy UK’s Marketing Sciences team, working at the heart of our social and influencer ecosystem. This role sits within our Social & Influence team and focuses on turning social, creator and campaign data into clear, strategic recommendations that improve performance and drive brand growth. You’ll work across content, creators, paid media and commerce — helping shape how one of the world’s largest beauty brands measures social impact and connects it to real business outcomes.     :As an Influence Manager, you are the driving force behind our campaigns playing a central role in delivering our influence marketing proposition across a range of clients and sectors. You will manage your workload autonomously, taking full responsibility for the quality and end-to-end execution of multiple influencer programs. In this role, you will act as a role model for Ogilvy's values, building trusted client relationships and communicating effectively across internal teams. You will be accountable for resolving problems on your projects, managing timelines, and proactively communicating your status to senior leadership. A key part of your role will be to support the growth of junior team members by providing constructive feedback, sharing knowledge, and acting as an informal mentor.     Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management Manage the day-to-day running of multiple influencer campaigns from start to finish, including: Identifying and vetting talent Negotiating contracts and fees Implementing campaign across relevant channels Overseeing delivery and ensuring quality Reporting on performance against agreed KPIs Maintain and update the influencer database to ensure accuracy and relevance. Serve as the first point of escalation for your projects, resolving day-to-day problems independently by consulting with stakeholders as needed and escalating to senior leadership only when appropriate. Strategic Contribution Actively contribute to influencer strategy by recommending objectives, targets, and creative concepts. Confidently present creative solutions, campaign reports to internal and external stakeholders. Identify and nurture client-appropriate talent opportunities and relationships to help deliver the influencer program for clients. Client Management Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, managing expectations, providing timely updates, as well as advice and solutions. Build long-term client relationships by delivering work that meets agreed objectives, deadlines, and taking responsibility for the quality of all client outputs in your remit. Communication & Collaboration Communicate effectively across internal teams (media, PR, social), proactively sharing updates and coordinating timelines to ensure smooth handovers and integrated campaign success. Share updates proactively, coordinate timelines, and resolve potential blockers before they impact delivery. Effectively prioritise tasks across all projects proactively communicating your status to senior leadership, reassuring them that work is on track and meeting deadlines. Resource Management  Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and on schedule. Proactively communicate about your workload and capacity to your line manager. Team Growth & Mentorship A key part of your role will be to support the growth of junior team members by providing constructive feedback, sharing knowledge, and acting as an informal mentor to aid their growth and development Skills for Your Growth to Influence Director: To support your progression, you will be expected to develop capabilities in the following areas: Strategic Development: Move from contributing to strategy to leading the strategic design for small-to-mid-size accounts, defining industry-leading approaches. Commercial Acumen: Develop a strong understanding of account profitability, identify opportunities for organic growth within your clients, and contribute to new business pitches. Senior Client Counsel: Evolve from a trusted day-to-day contact into a strategic advisor for mid-level clients, providing proactive counsel on industry trends and challenges. Team Leadership: Build on your informal mentoring to develop formal line management skills, becoming a role model who can inspire and lead a team.

    What You Will Need: A passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of two years' experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment. Proven experience in autonomously managing multiple influencer campaigns from start to finish, including budget and timeline management. Platform knowledge and expertise in Linkedin and YouTube (with new platforms like Substack a bonus) Skilled at cultivating relationships with subject matter experts, business leaders and executives. Curiosity and ability to understand deep technical and industry expertise and craft multi-stakeholder messaging  A track record of building strong client relationships and proactively managing their expectations. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and escalate appropriately. Experience in guiding or mentoring junior team members is highly desirable. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and collaborate effectively across teams. A commitment to your own growth, with a keen interest in keeping up-to-date with influencer marketing trends and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
