The role will report to the Accounting Manager (International) and will also work closely with the wider finance team. About the role Ensure proper and timely recording of financial transactions in the general ledger.
    • Prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations and monthly/quarterly variance analyses, documenting meaningful explanations for fluctuations.
    • Ensure that general ledger and sub-ledger accounts are reconciled, and reconciling items are resolved on a timely basis, taking full ownership for assigned GL areas.
    • Assist in meeting tight month-end reporting deadlines, including taking ownership of assigned reporting packages.
    • Additional duties as required by manager and GL teams. About you You will have a relevant degree in Accountancy or a related field or you should be fully qualified through a recognised financial institution e.g. ACA, ACCA, CAI, CIMA. Ideally you will have post qualification experience in an Accounting role. Experience with with NetSuite and Oracle is advantageous but not essential.
