    • Collaborate closely with Data Science & Rapier to evolve predictive models (e.g. churn, lifetime value, propensity to cross sell) into actionable insight that shapes campaigns, targeting, and strategy
    • Work with BI and Data Engineering teams to ensure the Single Customer View (SCV) and data pipelines are accurate, reliable, and leveraged effectively

This individual ensures the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives while mentoring and uplifting project delivery standards across the organisation. To support that, this role may include participation in an out-of-hours rota as required by the business. By demonstrating best practice in real project environments, they act as a role model for other Project Managers, building credibility through results and creating a culture of accountability and excellence.Lead high-complexity or strategically important projects through their full lifecycle.Translate scope and deliverables into detailed delivery plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.Engage with stakeholders (C-level, Heads of Department, external partners, SROs and project teams) to translate scope, secure buy-in, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals.Establish and chair project working groups, steering groups, and governance forums.Manage budgets (as needed), resources, dependencies, and third-party suppliers to optimise delivery outcomes.Apply structured risk, issue, and change management, ensuring early escalation and mitigation.Track and report against KPIs, benefits, and delivery performance using portfolio dashboards.Ensure high-quality project documentation and audit-ready reporting (plans, risk logs, RAID, postimplementation reviews).Drive cross-team alignment, ensuring Tech, Product, Operations, and external partners are coordinated to critical path timelines.Proactively identify and resolve blockers to successful project delivery, escalating where necessary.Support business readiness, transition planning, and handover to BAU or operational teamsPractice Development (10%)Define, maintain, and continuously improve project delivery frameworks, templates, tools, and methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile, hybrid).Act as the subject matter expert and internal consultant for project management best practice.Support capability building across the PM community through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. Lead training, onboarding, and practice forums for new PMs or delivery professionals.Partner with the Tech PMO colleagues, Portfolio, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment of projects to strategic objectives, OKRs, and governance standards.Line Management / Mentorship (10%)Line manage a small team of Project Managers, ensuring personal development, performance management, and wellbeing.Provide quality assurance, peer review, and coaching for project artefacts, delivery plans, and governance packs.Act as a role model for delivery discipline, stakeholder engagement, and proactive risk management. Who are we looking for?Proven track record of delivering to time, cost, and quality across multiple delivery models.Strong financial management skills, with experience of building and managing project budgets.Strategic Thinker: Ability to see the big picture while managing detailed project execution.Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with competing priorities.
