The Opportunity
As a Growth Strategist, you'll play a critical role in shaping the growth journey of our clients. You'll be the strategic link between data, creative, and performance, using insights to fuel strategic decisions and deliver exceptional client outcomes. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on data, creativity, and rapid problem-solving.
You'll take ownership of client growth, transforming data-driven insights into impactful strategies that drive revenue and customer acquisition. Your role will span from high-level strategic planning to on-the-ground execution, providing a complete growth solution for our clients while building lasting relationships based on trust and results.
What You'll Own
Growth Strategy and Planning
Develop comprehensive 12-month growth roadmaps, aligning creative, performance, and customer acquisition strategiesUse advanced forecasting to set ambitious, data-backed KPIs for revenue growth and strategic planningConduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify high-potential growth opportunitiesRegularly review and adapt strategies based on performance data, market changes, and evolving client goals
Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts between Account Managers, Media Buyers, and Creative StrategistsDrive alignment across teams to ensure consistent messaging, creative quality, and data-driven decision-makingAct as the strategic anchor within client accounts, setting direction and ensuring everyone works towards unified outcomesFoster collaborative relationships that drive innovation and exceptional client service
Data-Driven Optimisation and Analysis
Use platforms like Shopify, Triple Whale, Motion, and ad account analytics to monitor performance and identify trendsTransform raw data into actionable insights, guiding creative adjustments and media strategy refinementsMake real-time optimisations based on performance data and market intelligenceRegularly assess client account health, ensuring targets for MER, ROAS, CAC, and customer LTV are consistently met or exceeded
Client Communication and Relationship Building
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their primary strategic advisor and growth partnerPresent clear, data-backed insights and growth recommendations with confidence and clarityProvide regular performance updates that connect day-to-day tactics with long-term growth goalsIdentify and develop upsell opportunities across our service offerings to strengthen client partnerships
Creative and Performance Integration

What You Bring
Essential Experience
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, or other major platformsDeep understanding of acquisition channels, landing pages, eCommerce best practices, and growth leversProven track record in producing accurate forecasts and developing data-driven growth strategiesStrong grasp of creative ideation, data-backed execution, and comprehensive performance analysisExperience leading cross-functional teams and aligning creative and media strategies for maximum impact
Strategic and Analytical Skills
High proficiency in Shopify, Triple Whale, Motion, and other eCommerce analytics toolsAdvanced understanding of performance metrics including CAC, MER, LTV, ROAS, and payback periodsAbility to develop comprehensive growth forecasts, budgets, and strategic marketing calendarsExperience with attribution and measurement frameworks to improve signal clarity and decision-makingStrong pattern recognition skills for identifying growth opportunities and potential challenges
