    What You Will Be Doing
    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Transformation Business Consultant with a passion for transforming Customer Experience to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping clients optimize their CRM strategies, helping them to identify how to leverage CX technology, analytics, and best practices to improve customer engagement, streamline processes, and drive business growth.
    As a Consultant in frog’s CX Transformation team, you will work closely with clients and colleagues on project teams to design CRM solutions that align with business goals and support the realisation of business value through the implementation of these solutions
    You should have some of the following experience:
    Previous experience in delivering customer experience (CX), CRM transformation, or a similar role. Hands-on experience as an end user CRM platforms would be ideal but at least an understanding for capabilities is needed (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics). Supporting clients to identity challenges and applying your expertise to improve customer journeys, communications and experiences to help them deliver on their business goals Proven experience in designing and delivering CRM and CX strategies.
    An Overview Of The Role
    This role is an exciting blend of management consulting skills, mixed with CRM, Technology understanding, Strategy and Operations.
    CX and CRM Strategy Development:
    Collaborate with clients to assess their current customer experience and the role of CRM tools in enabling this. Design strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization in customer facing processes and customer and employee journeys.
    CRM Implementation and Optimization:
    Assist in supporting the business transformation enabled by the adoption of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics). Assist in supporting the business transformation enabled by CX tools to deliver key business capabilities (e.g., automation, communications, strategy, segmentation). Work with customers to identify challenges and opportunities that will enable them to deliver on their goals. Work with technology, data and customer teams internally and externally to develop customer first solutions
    Stakeholder Engagement:
    Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery. Work with client teams to improve CRM adoption and effectiveness to drive better CX and business outcomes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives

YOUR ROLEIn this role you will play a key role in: Support the growth of early R&D and clinical areas within the Life Sciences and Pharma sector to expand current areas of work and projects within the team Lead projects within the early R&D and clinical space for life sciences and pharmaceutical clients, delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to enhance client outcomes Develop and oversee the execution of go-to-market strategies and offers for supporting clients on emerging therapies, ensuring alignment with scientific validation and regulatory requirements. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in AI and GenAI technologies in the drug discovery space to maintain a competitive edge and continue providing meaningful support to clients Mentor and lead a team of consultants and researchers, providing guidance and support in complex R&D projects and encouraging continuous professional growth. As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories: Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events. Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development. Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.YOUR PROFILETo be successful you’ll bring strong consulting and personal skills with the ability to overcome internal barriers with drive, determination and influencing skills. You’ll have a natural ability to work in mixed teams of colleagues and senior executives and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll understand the importance of developing a collaborative style and of having fun in the work we do. Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or related fields Good understanding of Clinical R&D and Drug Discovery Phase processes, methodologies and innovation/technological advancement around them is mandatory Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of leading successful projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and clients NEED TO KNOWAt Capgemini we don’t just believe in inclusion, we actively go out to making it a working reality.
