    The Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for the maintenance, analysis, development, and support of the university’s enterprise systems and integrations, including Ellucian Colleague. This role works closely with end-users and other team members and will apply analytical techniques and procedures to understand and translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. In addition to technical responsibilities, the role requires providing ongoing, daily support to non-technical users and fostering collaboration across university departments. This position reports to the Director of University Systems and works in collaboration with a highly experienced and service-oriented team of IT professionals that are actively engaged with all aspects of the university. This position is eligible for remote work.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to): Essential Duties:  Provide high-level problem-solving, support, and analysis of the university’s technical processes and applications Independently lead workgroup meetings for assigned departments and facilitate and support efforts arising from the workgroups  Research, design, develop, implement, and maintain new or existing integrations, systems, or customizations  Assist with installation, administration, and upgrades of the university’s enterprise systems  Create and maintain technical documentation and best-practice guidelines for application usage  Collaborate with departments and vendors to troubleshoot production problems related to the university’s enterprise systems  Serve as technical lead and/or team member on concurrent projects  Perform full reporting lifecycle support and data management work  Provide programming and technical support to business analysts as needed Secondary Responsibilities  Stay current with emerging technologies through self-directed learning and by attending relevant conferences or courses, fostering professional growth while supporting and advancing the university’s technology objectives. This position works both indoors and outdoors, averaging 40 hours per week, with shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The position reports directly to the on-duty Lieutenant. Campus Safety Officers are responsible for responding promptly and effectively to calls for service, protecting University property and assets, enforcing University policies and regulations, and promoting positive community engagement through respectful, customer-focused interactions.Reporting directly to the Campus Safety Lieutenant, the Campus Safety Officer plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all members of the University community. This full-time role averages 40 hours per week, with scheduled hours from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and includes both indoor and outdoor responsibilities. This position requires a strong commitment to public safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust across a diverse campus population. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to): Essential duties: Serve as a designated Campus Security Authority (CSA) in compliance with the Clery Act. Conduct proactive, high-visibility patrols by foot, vehicle, or other means to deter and detect security threats. Respond promptly and professionally to service calls; conduct initial investigations and resolve incidents. Address reports of fire hazards, mechanical malfunctions, altercations, accidents, and criminal activity. Inspect campus facilities to identify and report potential security vulnerabilities. De-escalate conflicts and disputes with professionalism and composure. Accurately document incidents occurring on or near campus in detailed, objective reports. Provide courteous assistance and serve as a point of contact for campus inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary. Secondary responsibilities: Work flexible or additional shifts, including dispatch duties as needed. Support University athletic events, ceremonies, and special functions. Monitor and manage crowd control during peak times and large gatherings. Report maintenance issues such as broken locks, lighting failures, or other safety concerns.
