    In our factory in Oss, we produce over 8 million cans every day for various major brands. There are more than 350 enthusiastic colleagues working here, most of whom work in a five-shift system. We are part of the Ardagh Group, an international organization that is active not only in can packaging but also in the glass industry. We have 4 different production lines in a high-tech process environment.
    For our location in Oss, we are looking for a:
    Quality Analyst
    Role overview: 
    The Quality Analyst is responsible to ensure the effective application of the complaints handling process so that complaints are responded to in a timely manner to the required business SLAs, root cause investigations are thorough and find true root cause (s), and corrective and preventive action plans are followed and sustainably completed.
    Key responsibilities: 
    • Upon raising of a customer complaint, work with customers to ensure the failure mode is adequately defined, utilising the principles of 5W2H
    • Utilise the AMP-E procedures to correctly rate the criticality and impact of the complaint
    • Ensure that customer complaints are promptly acknowledged and have the right level of focus and visibility to the priorities of the plant team
    • Effectively and promptly collaborate with CTS, Quality and plant teams to re-assign complaints as needed without leading to unnecessary delays in responses to customers
    • Support the Plant Quality Manager and team to ensure that the problem solving investigation follows the principles and tools of the 8D and A3 methodologies as defined by AMPS
    • Support the Plant Quality Manager and team to ensure that the Corrective Action and Preventive Action Plans are actioned in time, executed, verified and sustained
    • Ensure that the CRM workflow is utilised and fields are complete
    • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Customer Quality Manager to identify patterns of failures and the need for AMP-E wide quality improvement plans
    Requirements:
    • At least 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably can-making.
    • Degree in Natural Siences, Engineering or a Quality / Food Safety related education, 
    • Project Management, 
    • People leadership, 
    • Experience in Quality / Food Safety and Satistics, 
    • Fluent English in speaking and writing, 
    • Software skills in MS Office, Infinity and MiniTab

To safely run and maintain manufacturing equipment ensure the smooth and continuous running of the production line in order to meet the plant KPI requirements with a product that meets the defined quality criteria. Although the Shift Technician may be asked to assist in other areas of the plant on an ad-hoc basis (on a shift or day shift basis), their normal duties are carried out under the instruction of the Shift Manager/Process Leader in their normal work area. The Shift Technician reports via the appropriate Process Leader to the Shift Manager. The main duties depend upon the area in which the maintainer works i.e. Front end Fork truck / Baler Cupper / Bodymaker / Trimmer Washer / Waste treatment Coater / Decorator Inside Spray / Necker /Middle QC Palletiser / Depalletiser Finished pallet inspection / Testing. Warehouse / Back End Fork lift truck Key Responsibilities🫵: To operate can manufacturing equipment in order to achieve plant KPI targets To maintain the equipment within their area of responsibility in such a condition that quality standards are maintained and downtime is minimized. To carry out the required quality checks within their area of responsibility and to take the necessary corrective actions and report any non-conformities to the Team Leader and the relevant department. To maximise production and minimise spoilage during the manufacturing process. To carry out the necessary safe repairs to equipment as and when required. To carry out the set up checks that may follow maintenance work. To report potential problems to the Shift Manager or relevant Department Heads. To maintain the housekeeping to an exemplary standard and in a safe condition throughout the plant. To maintain safe working practices and comply with any legal environmental and safety requirements and/or checks. On maintenance days, carry out the repairs, preventive maintenance, etc. as directed by the Engineering Department. Use of ancillary equipment i.e. fork trucks (following relevant official training) to perform production line or other duties To promote quality improvement and preventative actions by involvement in continuous improvement activities to meet the KPI objectives Ensure that proper and safe systems of working and means of avoiding dangerous, or potentially hazardous conditions, are adopted. Performs clean-up, painting, and housekeeping duties as and when required or instructed. Cleaning service facilities after use, i.e. canteen, washroom etc. Reworking HFI pallets, and re-sampling of HFI pallets To maintain the quality standards as required by the company. To maintain the production requirements of the Plant and minimise spoilage. This role ensures all production meets company, customer, and regulatory quality standards. The position maintains and improves the quality performance of the team, department and the site, whilst directing quality technicians, coordinating inspections and testing, managing quality documentation, and drives continuous improvement through data-driven problem solving and adherence to FSSC 22000, GMP, and HACCP systems. Key Responsibilities: Quality Control & Assurance Supervise daily quality inspection activities across all production areas, including Bodymaker, Decorator, Necker, and vision inspection systems (e.g., Pressco CPX). Ensure compliance with specifications for can dimensions, coating weight, decoration, and seam integrity. Oversee sampling and testing procedures for raw materials, in-process cans, and finished products. Review SPC data and control charts; ensure corrective actions are implemented when trends or non-conformities occur. Maintain traceability and proper documentation in accordance with FSSC 22000 and customer requirements. Verify calibration and functionality of inspection and measurement equipment. Voor onze locatie in Oss zijn wij op zoek naar een: Chemical Process Operator 5 ploegendienst (2-2-2) Tijdens het productieproces worden onze bussen gewassen en voorzien van de juiste binnenlak. Dit is een zeer zorgvuldig proces waarbij je als operator verantwoordelijk bent voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van onderhoud en reparaties aan chemische installaties, systemen en randapparatuur. Hierbij moet je denken aan washers, waterzuiveringsinstallatie en coolantsytemen. Verder hou je je dagelijks bezig met proces controles voor het garanderen van optimale kwaliteit! Je werkt samen in een team van zo’n 15 collega’s onder begeleiding van de Super Intendent Chemie (PSI) met de ondersteuning van de onderhoudsmonteurs Chemie. Verder rapporteer je aan de ploegleider. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit; Het monitoren, controleren en analyseren van parameters, afwijkingen, trends en proces- en kwaliteit output. Je verricht diverse metingen met behulp van industriële labapparatuur. Je past parameters op de appartuur aan binnen de gestelde richtlijnen. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles zorgvuldig en nauwkeurig uit. Je begeleidt (internationale) externe partijen bij audits en rapporteert over actiepunten. Manage manning levels (right skills for right job) and ensure integration of new team members. Reviews completed Performance Appraisals for all subordinates annually and ensures regular reviews take place. Manages individual developments plans (IDPs) and identifies training needs, with particular focus on technical requirements and Ardagh competencies. Priorities and actions to be discussed with the Production Manager and Process Leaders. Review IDPs on a regular basis to ensure that training is progressing.     Vacature Process Super Intendent (PSI) Chemisch Process (dagdienst) In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat je alles op het gebied van chemie in onze productie in topconditie houdt! Hierbij moet je denken aan mechanisch onderhoud van chemische productie machines en installaties (zoals washers, coolantsystemen, waterzuiveringsinstallaties en de koeltoren). Daarnaast zorg jij voor optimale kwaliteit dankzij het juiste gebruik en toepassing van chemische samenstellingen. Je ziet toe op het veilig gebruik van gevaarlijke stoffen en fungeert hierin als aanspreekpunt voor externe instanties. Je werkt samen in een hecht team en je geeft leiding aan de Chemisch Process Operators en de onderhoudsmonteurs Chemie en randapparatuur (in totaal ongeveer 15 medewerkers).     Onderhouds Monteur FE (dagdienst) Als onderhoudsmonteur maak je deel uit van een team wat het machinepark in topconditie houdt. In onze fabriek zijn verschillende grote machines en installaties aanwezig. Geen dag is hetzelfde en met jouw technische kennis zorg jij ervoor dat het productieproces niet alleen door blijft gaan, maar ook constant verbetert. Je komt in aanraking met verschillende technieken zoals hydrauliek, pneumatiek, werktuigbouwkunde, procestechniek en je draagt bij aan de procesoptimalisatie van onze fabriek. In deze rol ga je zelfstandig of samen met je collega’s aan de slag met machines die problemen ondervinden of onderhouden moeten worden. Het zoeken naar een storing of het voorkomen van een storing wordt jouw dagelijkse uitdaging. Je werkt samen in een team van zo’n 5 collega’s onder begeleiding van je leidinggevende om de ploegen in de productie te ondersteunen. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit: Het oplossen van storingen van productiemachines en soms randapparatuur zoals pompen en afzuigingen.
