Your primary focus will be on forecasting demand for metal cans and ends across our European markets. By leveraging IBP system and data analysis along with collaboration with cross-functional teams & customers, you will ensure accurate demand forecasts that support our business objectives and drive operational efficiency. We search for a Demand Planner - preferably with FMCG, manufacturing or packaging industry experience. The role is based in Oss and reports to our Supply and Demand Manager. YOUR MISSION: You will be responsible for analyzing data to predict future trends, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand their data needs, develop models, and communicate findings effectively. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external sources. Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and relevance. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. Translate complex data analysis into actionable business strategies. Forecasting and Modelling: Develop and maintain statistical models to forecast future business metrics. Use predictive analytics techniques to project trends and outcomes. Continuously improve models based on new data and changing business conditions. Analyse market trends, customer demand patterns, promotional activities, and other relevant factors to identify drivers of demand and potential risks or opportunities. Utilize statistical models, SKU segmentation, PLM (product life cycle management), historical data, and market insights to develop accurate demand forecasts for AMPE products across European markets. Manage SKU level changes from launch to obsolescence. Continuously monitor key KPIS for the function. Drive forecast accuracy metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust root cause analysis, make adjustments and improvements as needed. Developing and comparing what-if scenarios based on supply constraints, promotions, or demand shifts. Reporting and Visualization: Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders. Develop data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate insights clearly and effectively. Present findings and recommendations to demand planning director and other key stakeholders. Input into the S&OP and S&OE meetings with SKU/ customer level insights. Collaboration and Communication: SAP IBP System Management: Work closely with systems and business transformation teams to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Integrated Business Planning system to support effective demand planning processes. Be an active partner to collaborate with consultants to further Drive IBP systems efficiency and ways of working. Work closely with sales, commercial excellence, customers, and supply chain teams to gather input, share insights, and align demand forecasts with business plans and strategies. Build partnering relationships with customers and regional teams. Independently running volume clinics with Key Accounts and Regional teams for a robust monthly S&OP process input and output. Ability to present SKU-level insights and recommend actions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance demand planning processes, tools, and methodologies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company goals. Professional Requirements: Bachelor's degree in either fields - business, finance, supply chain management, statistics, mathematics, economics, data science or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred. 4+ years of experience in data analysis, forecasting, or a related role. Proven experience with statistical analysis and modelling techniques. Experience in demand planning or supply chain management roles within the FMCG, manufacturing or packaging industry, will be preferable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights. Expert user of the MS Office, strong proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (including macros). Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) could be an added advantage. Proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems. Experience with IBP systems such as SAP IBP SAP ECC SAP HANNA or similar platforms is highly desirable along with a good understanding of the S&OP processes.     To support all electrical systems and equipment in the plant as well as continuous development and optimization of their usage to ensure the smooth and continuous running of the manufacturing area. Under the direction of the Electrical Co-ordinator, service the requirements of the manufacturing process to assist the plant meet its KPI requirements
    Key Responsibilities: • Installs and maintains high-speed, industrial process equipment for can making, power, lighting, control and PLC logic controls for all production process and control.
    • Troubleshoot, adjusts and repairs all electrical equipment, components, transducers, and complex timing and inspection devices.
    • Performs preventative maintenance on assigned electrical systems.
    • Diagnose causes of malfunctions and corrects through programmable logic controls.
    • Ensures effective equipment operation through proper line control programming and proactively suggest methods to improve line performance.
    • Installs and troubleshoots facility power distribution and lighting services.
    • Updates wiring schematics and computer / PLC program printouts.
    • Supplies and maintains required hand tools.
    • Maintains daily log-books and records where applicable.
    • Accesses, inputs, and retrieves information from the computer systems.
    • Determines all supplies needed for each assignment.
    • Performs clean-up, painting, and housekeeping duties as and when required or instructed.

Je coordineert tot in de puntjes de planning van het onderhoud en de verplichte keuringen van de systemen. Hierbij moet je denken aan vacuumpompen, compressoren, brandmeld-en sprinklerinstallaties en toegangssystemen, maar ook het beheer van werktuigen, gereedschappen en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen.

    Role overview: 
    The Human Resources Director AMP-E is a key member of the Ardagh Metal Packaging (AMP)-E leadership team. As a strategic business partner to AMP-E’s CEO and the member of AMP-E executive team, the HR Director partners with the CHRO and HR leadership team to develop a HR strategy that meets the near- and long-term business needs and reflects the global HR strategy. Coordination with the European Works Council . Key Responsibilities:  Strategic HR Leadership Partner with AMP-E CEO and CHRO to align regional HR strategy with business needs. Provide strategic input on organizational design and capability building. Support the evolution of the HR function by actively participating in the Global HR Leadership Team, contributing to the development of the Global HR Strategy, and championing the work of the Communities of Practice (COPs).  Culture & Talent Lead the AMP-E’s talent acquisition; learning and leadership development; diversity, equity and inclusion and engagement activities, to ensure the business has the right people at the right time with the right skills.
