    A well-established professional services firm is seeking a Tax Manager to join its growing tax function. This role focuses on managing and delivering complex tax projects while providing high-level advisory support to clients. The successful candidate will also play a key role in reviewing work, managing workflows, and supporting the development of the wider tax team.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage and oversee complex tax advisory projects, including restructures and incorporationsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans with clear timelines and deliverablesPrepare and review comprehensive tax analysis and supporting documentationEnsure all work complies with current tax legislation, ethical standards, and regulatory requirementsAct as a senior point of contact for clients, providing clear and commercially focused tax adviceLiaise with external advisers and relevant authorities as requiredReview work completed by tax advisers to ensure accuracy and best outcomes for clientsMonitor delivery against deadlines and budgetsHandle confidential information professionally and securelyIdentify opportunities for tax efficiency and process improvementSupport, coach, and mentor members of the tax team
