You must be able to differentiate lessons and cater for students of all abilities as well as demonstrate a proven track record of securing outstanding student outcomes. The School targets are ambitious, but for the right person, this is a rare opportunity to both make a difference and lead the Academy to the next level.

    I have placed many teachers into the school and they all have very positive things to say about their time there with my most recent saying "The SLT team are really supportive. They have a clear vision with staff development and career progression." The school really look after their staff both permanent and temporary and they are well known for having the learning and development of their staff as a core value.

    As a full time MFL teacher the school will expect you to essentially be a permanent member of staff so the following is expected;

    « Assess, mark and plan lessons.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher to make rapid progress and work in one of Birmingham's most outstanding schools. Staff are highly valued and training is offered throughout the year. For ECT there is an extensive induction programme set in place and experienced teachers mentor teachers enabling them to progress through their induction year.

    The schools are looking for a truly outstanding teacher who is able to demonstrate excellent classroom practice and can work in a high achieving team. A teacher that sets high expectations of students and is able to motivate all pupils to achieve is needed.
