    GCSE Tutor - key responsibilities:

    Provide 1:1 and group tuition for GCSE students in a variety of subjects (Maths, English, Science, etc.)
    Create individualised lesson plans based on student needs, ensuring effective exam preparation and understanding of key concepts.
    Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
    Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential, helping them build confidence in their studies.

    GCSE Tutor - requirements:

This is a one-to-one role supporting a male student with physical disabilities who uses a wheelchair, ensuring he receives personal care and support throughout his educational journey in a respectful and dignified manner.

    Please note: Due to the personal nature of this position, there is a genuine occupational requirement for male-only applicants, in line with the Equality Act 2010.

    About the Role:

    This role involves providing consistent, respectful, and professional 1:1 personal care support for a male student with physical disabilities in a mainstream educational setting. The student requires assistance with mobility, personal hygiene, and general care throughout the school day, alongside access to the curriculum.

    You will play a crucial role in promoting the student's independence, dignity, and inclusion, while working collaboratively with the wider school team to ensure a positive and supportive school experience.
