HR Administrator - The Role
As the HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the school's HR operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing staff recruitment processes, including advertising roles, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and onboarding
* Processing pre-employment checks such as DBS, references, right-to-work, and safeguarding documentation
* Maintaining accurate staff records and updating the school's HR and MIS systems
* Supporting with staff absences, leave requests, and attendance monitoring
* Assisting with payroll preparation and liaising with external payroll providers
* Supporting performance management processes, training records, and staff CPD bookings
* Providing general HR and administrative support to SLT and the School Business Manager
HR Administrator - What We're Looking For

* Has strong administrative experience (HR experience desirable but not essential)
* Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with staff at all levels

* Is confident using ICT systems, HR databases, and Microsoft Office
