This is a fast‑paced service focused on delivering swift, effective functional assessments and equipment recommendations, with an expected turnaround of as little as 15 working days per case.Ideal for an OT confident in managing a high‑volume caseload, prescribing minor adaptations, and making defensible decisions quickly and safely. Key Responsibilities Complete functional assessments within citizens’ homes and community settings. Recommend and prescribe minor aids and adaptations, including rails, steps, ramps, and equipment. Manage a fast-moving caseload, prioritising and triaging effectively. Ensure assessments are completed within tight turnaround times (approx. 15 working days). Use strong clinical reasoning to make safe, proportionate decisions. Work collaboratively with housing, contractors, social care teams, and health professionals. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with service standards. Promote independence, safety, and improved quality of life through effective equipment and adaptation solutions. Required Experience & Skills Degree / Diploma in Occupational Therapy. (Must have) Experience delivering minor adaptations and equipment prescriptions.
