excellent full time opportunity working 4 days a week including a 1 in 12 OOH rota. practice is an RCVS-accredited, mixed practice and is established and modern with state-of-the-art facilities and up to date technologies and equipment. caseload is varied offering progressive, proactive farm veterinary care across beef, sheep, and dairy. You will need to be an experienced farm vet (MRCVS) with strong clinical skills a key, senior role that offers you the chance to lead and shape farm veterinary services and you will work closely with the Farm Practice Manager and wider Clinical Director team. role will require you to lead, mentor and develop a dedicated team of farm vets, ATT, and vet techs. fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills, grow progressive herd health planning and consultancy-led farm services, lead on government OV work, and to deliver proactive, high-quality farm vetting. generous CPD allowance and support for certificates and leadership training fantastic location in the best-connected town in Cornwall, with easy transport link by train, bus or car, a thriving and vibrant location all year and within minutes from stunning coast and countryside.
