Labourer to join our Responsive Repairs Team. From repairing fences and treating mould to improving loft insulation, you ll play a key role in helping customers live safely and comfortably in their homes. What you ll do: * Deliver high-quality work in line with your trade training, experience, and industry best practice. * Follow job instructions efficiently and complete tasks as detailed. * Work safely in accordance with Risk Assessments and Method Statements. * Support managers and supervisors to maintain a safe, compliant working environment. * Communicate clearly with planners, call handlers, and colleagues to keep operations running smoothly. You ll bring: * Proficiency in fencing repairs, loft insulation, and mould treatment, while using a broad range of trade skills. * Experience in labouring duties within a building maintenance environment. * Knowledge of Health Safety and safe working practices. * Experience working in social housing or domestic properties, including occupied homes. * Demonstrable experience of replacing missing or broken hardware, such as hinges, latches, and brackets. * A full, valid U K driving licence.
