Liaise with landlord regarding maintenance and upkeep. Building Maintenance: Conduct regular building inspections. Perform small repairs and touch-ups to internal and external structures. Identify and report any issues needing specialist attention. Drainage: Unblock and clean gutters, downpipes, and minor drainage systems. Report complex drainage issues as needed. Plumbing (Minor Works): Fix leaking taps, unblock drains and toilets, replace washers, and perform minor pipework repairs. Identify more complex issues and escalate accordingly. Electrical (Minor Works): Monitor condition of electricals works and identify more complex issues and escalate accordingly Ensure all electrical tasks comply with safety regulations and escalate complex work to certified electricians. Requirements Experience in a similar multi-skilled maintenance or handyman role. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, and building maintenance. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Physically fit with the ability to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions. Strong communication and time management skills. Attention to detail with a safety-first mindset. Driving license (preferred). Relevant trade certifications (desirable but not essential for minor works). Working Conditions: Mix of indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
