    About the roleThe Role Based within our Glasgow Head Office, the Invoicing Administrator will be responsible for running invoicing for the Group. This is a high-volume, fast paced role which includes raising summary invoice billing for the Group's customers in a variety of formats whilst analysing management information and producing scheduled reports for customers and the Major Account Team within expected timescales. The Invoicing Administrator role will also involve reconciliation of specific customer accounts, addressing any discrepancies with customer invoices and participate in weekly customer conference calls ahead of month end billing.

    As a Regional Pump Engineer you will play a pivotal role in the success of the region by ensuring that our customers can hire what they want, when they need it through the efficient servicing and maintaining a variety of pump services equipment within the GAP fleet.

    As part of our high-performing regional team, you will be responsible for traveling across our customer sites to identify and repair any faults or damage to equipment including pumps, hoses and generators, whilst accurately updating service records.

    Your day will be varied — from servicing welfare units and emptying effluent tanks, to supporting industrial and construction projects. You'll use modern equipment, keep accurate digital records via our BigChange system, and maintain high standards of safety, service, and customer care.

    • Morning: Vehicle checks, load preparation, and review of your day's work plan.
    First jobs: Service welfare units and septic tanks — empty, clean, refill chemicals, replenish consumables
    • Midday: Deliver non-potable water or remove waste from industrial sites (including drilling waste, soil engineering, and interceptors).
    • Afternoon: Complete final site visits, record job details and photos on BigChange, and get customer sign-off.
    • End of day: Return to depot, complete paperwork, clean and maintain vehicle, pumps, and hoses. About You About You

    • HGV Class 2 licence, Driver CPC (35 hours), and valid Digi Tacho card.
    • Previous HGV driving experience — tanker or waste sector experience an advantage.
    • Good knowledge of Health & Safety and willingness to follow procedures.
    • Ability to maintain your vehicle to a high standard and carry out minor repairs.

    Our nationwide Plant and Tool division hires a range of equipment including diggers, dumpers and small power tools to companies within the construction, utilities and infrastructure sectors.

    The Regional HGV Driver is responsible for transporting our plant and equipment quickly and efficiently around their assigned region. Based out of a home depot you will travel throughout the region covering for sickness and holidays, or where additional resource is required. You will also be responsible for training existing HGV Drivers on safe loading and unloading of vehicles – training will be provided by RoSPA and you will receive an NPORS qualification in loading and unloading

    As the role provides support across a region you will be provided with a company vehicle and fuel card and will be required to stay away from home if covering in remote areas. This role can have a home base from any of our depots across the Central Belt of Scotland.
    About You Applicants applying for the role of Regional HGV Driver should have/be:

    • Significant experience working within an HGV driving role loading, delivering and collecting heavy plant equipment from customer sites is essential
