Full-time, PermanentWe're looking for an experienced General Office Manager to join a busy manufacturing company and take full ownership of office operations. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll manage people, streamline processes, and work closely with production and planning teams to keep everything running smoothly.What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office
- Managing and supporting Customer Service, Admin, Materials and Planning teams
- Working with Production and Warehouse Managers to maintain smooth communication and accurate production planning
- Using Sage Manufacturing to monitor stock, materials, and production schedules
- Creating and maintaining production plans
- Reviewing and improving internal processes to increase efficiency
- Leading by example and supporting your team's developmentWhat we're looking for:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Planning Manager, or similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Confident using Sage Manufacturing
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently with full autonomy
- Great people management and communication skills
