    A well-established construction firm based in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects, typically valued up to a couple million and across sectors including education, healthcare, and public buildings.

    Role Overview:
    As the senior quantity surveyor, Estimator, you will take commercial ownership of projects from initial tendering through to financial completion and handover. The role requires strong cost management, procurement, and client liaison skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. 

    Key Responsibilities:
    Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for projects.Manage commercial aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, including subcontract procurement, valuations, and final accounts.Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and site managers to meet financial and programme objectives.Support business growth through effective client relationship management and commercial insight.
