  About the Role:
  
  We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in steel frame construction and cladding packages to oversee the successful delivery of commercial and industrial projects. You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. Initially based on-site in Haverhill, ongoing work will be across the Midlands.
  
  Key Responsibilities:Manage all on-site activities from start to completion;Oversee steel frame erection & fabrication and cladding installation works;Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour;Ensure compliance with health & safety, RAMS, and site regulations;Monitor programme, quality, and productivity on site;Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks, and progress reporting;Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management;Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
  Requirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager on steel frame and cladding projects;Strong understanding of industrial / commercial build processes;SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications;Excellent leadership and communication skills;Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes;Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and site compliance.
  Desirable:Experience with envelope packages (cladding, roofing, façades);Temporary works awareness;Background in industrial or logistics developments;Whats on Offer;Long-term and on-going work with a reputable contractor;Supportive management and professional working environment.
