The RoleAs a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and grow your own Warehousing & Industrial desk, focusing on temporary and contract placements within roles such as warehouse operatives, pickers, packers etc. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.Developing business opportunities through outbound sales calls, client visits, and networking.Attracting and sourcing quality candidates using adverts, social media, and proactive headhunting.Working closely with a Resourcer to manage live vacancies efficiently.Driving consistent sales activity to meet and exceed revenue targets. What We're Looking ForWe're after someone who is:Enthusiastic, hardworking, and ambitious.Driven and motivated to develop their desk and career.Experienced in recruitment (3+ years) - ideally within warehousing or industrial sectors.Confident on the phone with excellent communication skills.A driver with a full UK licence (essential).
