    The Digital Manufacturing Engineer Manager will ensure that the digital systems within the business are developed and deployed to support Right First Time manufacture. You will ensure compliance to all relevant company, legislative and technical policies and standards, including Export Control, Intellectual Property and Cyber Security requirements.

    Your responsibility is to develop capability, execute projects which deliver business innovation in Digital Manufacturing through the development of digital skills (at all levels in the organisation), processes and technology aligned to a clear Digital Manufacturing strategy. This will include fixing, improving and transforming current and future digital capability in line with the Systems of Record, Differentiation and Innovation framework and corporate roadmaps/architecture to deliver transformative manufacturing capability.

    What you will be doing:

    As aDigitalManufacturing Engineer Manager your responsibility will be to promote a culture of zero defects within the organisation.
    Responsible for ensuring that digital systems risks are understood and mitigated, and for promoting a product safety culture in the organisation. Contribute to the development of the digital manufacturing strategy for the business, connecting strategy, design, supply chain, operations and technology stakeholders along with technology partnerships and suppliers to create digital manufacturing strategies and roadmaps. Build external relationships.
    Identify, synthesise, and govern the requirements for improvements and innovations in digital manufacturing processes, systems and technologies.
