The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail and first-rate report writing ability. As a Commercial Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for completing detailed financial analysis, undertaking extensive property due diligence, compiling availability and transaction schedules to track market activity, and conducting market research to maintain comparable databases. Additionally, you will be managing and assisting in the relationship with key clients, providing clear and concise reports and advice, and tracking key investment requirements.
