    The Role 
    This is a hands-on, varied position with duties split approximately:

    • 70% warehouse-based duties

    • 30% Reach/Counterbalance Truck operation

     
    Key Responsibilities 
    • Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently

    • General warehouse duties including picking, packing and stock control

    • Reading and accurately working from pick sheets

    • Loading and unloading goods

    • Manual handling and heavy lifting

    • Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment

     
    Requirements 
    • Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences (in-house or external accepted)

    • Proven experience operating a Reach Truck

    • Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting

    • Ability to read and understand pick sheets accurately

    • Strong attention to detail and reliability
