Warehouse Logistics Administrator Onsite in Leatherhead Mon-Fri 37.5 Hours Per Week You will accurately process all warehouse and logistics administration tasks in a timely manner, ensuring customer requirements are met and company procedures are followed at all times. Maintain accurate records, support inventory control activities, liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments, and assist in resolving any delivery or stock-related queries. Assist with Customer Service when necessary. Customer Service: Answer inbound telephone calls. Process sales orders through to invoicing and inform management of any changes to delivery schedules. Gather all information required to set up new customers on the computer system and maintain accurate pricing records. Deal with customer enquiries directly or coordinate responses from the appropriate departments. Liaise with other departments to improve internal communication and operational efficiency.
