Warehouse Technician you will support the Clinical Supplies Operation (CSO)
Warehouse Team. You will work in close collaboration with the following: Quality, Drug Supply Managers, commercial sites, EHS and Logistics as required.Job Responsibilities that you be covering:You will manage goods receipt, sampling, storage, dispensing, and dispatch of clinical trial materials within
warehouse and dispensary environments, ensuring product stability, hazardous goods compliance, and transport security requirements are maintained.You will operate in full compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Storage Practice (GSP), and GMP standards within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.You will use SAP and associated electronic systems to control material stock disposition, temperature monitoring, and product stability data.You will support GMP-compliant packaging, label authoring, printing, inspection, and logistics activities in line with client quality requirements.You will ensure compliance with transport security procedures, COSHH regulations, hazardous goods legislation, and actively support internal audits and regulatory inspections.You will liaise with Quality teams to maintain appropriate approvals and chain of custody, while safely operating counterbalance and reach forklift trucks.
Qualifications
What skills, qualifications and experiences you will hold as a
Warehouse Technician.You will have relevant experience, ideally within a pharmaceutical
warehouse or regulated environment.You will have a strong understanding of goods receipt, dispensing operations, and the control and maintenance of sampling locations.You will have experience preparing clinical trial materials, ensuring product stability, safety, COSHH compliance, and material security requirements are met.You will be confident working with electronic systems, including MS Office and SAP, to assess and manage stock disposition accurately.You will demonstrate solid knowledge of GDP and GSP principles, ensuring compliance and maintaining license-to-operate standards.You will have experience working in line with GMP requirements and hold a valid counterbalance and reach forklift truck license.
