    Shift times :Monday - Wednesday 5pm - 2.30am, Thursday 5pm - 10.15pm and Friday 3pm - 12.30am. Due to a continued focus on improving Quality Standards throughout the business our client are seeking to recruit QC Operatives to work within the company.     Job Description: Are you passionate about Warehouse and Logistics and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Highbridge site.

    Key Responsibilities: Operate a Powered Pallet Truck to support daily warehouse operations, ideally holding a valid and up‑to‑date forklift licence.

    Load and unload vehicles during day‑shift operations, ensuring all goods are handled safely, securely, and in line with company procedures.

    Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Zebra scanning devices to accurately receive, locate, pick, and dispatch stock, maintaining excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

    Replenish, consolidate, and rotate stock to support accurate inventory levels and an efficient workflow, using Excel and other digital tools to complete stock checks, basic reporting, and operational tasks.

    Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised workspace, ensuring equipment is used responsibly and kept in good working condition.

    Complete essential paperwork and follow all warehouse procedures, promptly reporting any issues or defects to support continuous improvement.

    Required Experience: Hold a current PPT licence or demonstrate practical experience operating a Powered Pallet Truck.

    Good communication and team working skills.

    Attention to detail is essential.

    Ability to work within a fast paced environment.

    Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

    Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

    Job Description: We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

    In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity.

    Engage with team members to encourage best practice, identify and resolve operational challenges, and support the achievement of productivity targets.

    Take proactive steps to identify and resolve system, equipment, or facility issues, escalating where necessary to minimise operational disruption.

    Complete all required documentation accurately, report defects promptly, and liaise effectively with transport and distribution teams to ensure seamless operational coordination.

    Support, coach, and develop team members through regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback.

    Provide clear shift handovers to ensure continuity of operations and effective communication between teams.

    Requirements: Valid Counterbalance, VNA and LLOP licences are preferred, but full training can be provided.

    Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

    Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.

    Good literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to accurately complete paperwork and use warehouse systems.
