    About The Role We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our manufacturing site in Barton-upon-Humber. The shift will be from Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:30. Salary: £31,500 + £1,000 shift allowance + Quarterly Bonus up to £250
    Main responsibilities: Monitor stock levels and coordinate efficient replenishment to maintain availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflow. Uphold health & safety standards and ensure full compliance with company policies. Drive continuous improvement and support team training and development initiatives.
