A background in mechanical engineering or experience in companies with complex production flows would be highly advantageous. You understand automation principles, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement, and you’re comfortable navigating systems, data, and operational detail. You bring strong stakeholder management skills, the confidence to challenge and influence, and the ability to demonstrate the value of your work through clear improvements in efficiency, quality, and throughput.
