Warehouse AdministratorStaffline Ireland are recruiting for a
Warehouse Administrator on behalf of an industry leader in Uk's & Irelands Building Services sector. The
Warehouse Administrator is responsible for the coordination and accuracy of all administrative processes within the
warehouse, supporting the efficient handling of goods in and out, resolving discrepancies, managing documentation, and liaising with internal departments and external delivery partners. This role is critical to ensuring timely deliveries, accurate stock records, and effective reporting across multiple
warehouse activities. The
Warehouse Administrator will demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously, particularly in a construction or M&E supply chain environment. Responsibilities:Process and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.Investigate and resolve any shortages, over-deliveries, or delivery discrepancies.Liaise with buyers and relevant departments regarding order errors or missing documentation. Job Description - Management Accountant- 2023 Page 2 of 3Coordinate Trade/UF orders including parcels and pallets, SDNs, picking lists, and delivery confirmations.Address delivery issues such as lost/missed items, and produce daily/weekly courier reports.Monitor and escalate No POD process, investigate root causes.Conduct and record daily stock adjustments, liaising with relevant teams to correct issues and support accurate stock levels.Manage the Uniform and PPE request process, including monitoring the workwear inbox and issuing stock as required.Essential requirements:Strong administrative and organisational skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data entryEffective communication across teams and suppliersAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookProblem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving errorsFluency in written and spoken English is essentialDesirable Criteria:Experience in a
