    Support Warehouse Supervisors in the daily receipt, picking, and dispatch of chilled products Lead, motivate, and coach a small team of Warehouse Operatives Oversee stock movements, checking product codes and maintaining accuracy Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of vehicles Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment in line with food hygiene standards Communicate effectively across Production, Haulage, and Distribution teams Assist with staff performance monitoring and development Provide cover for Supervisors during absences or holidays
