The site can produce up to 142,000 litres of drink every hour consisting of BIB, PET and Glass bottling. As a site Edmonton is single source production in GB for both Bag In Box and Oasis.The site employees over 200 people across Manufacturing, QESH and Engineering. Warehouse Team Lead/Shift Manager, you will play a key role in the safe, efficient and effective operation of our Edmonton Distribution operation. Leading a team on shift, you’ll be responsible for delivering daily operational performance while creating an engaging, inclusive and high‑performing environment for your colleagues. This is a hands‑on operational management role, requiring strong people leadership, sound decision‑making and a proactive approach to safety, service and continuous improvement.This role operates on a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern, and flexibility to work both day and night shifts is essential. warehouse colleagues on shift, ensuring daily plans are delivered safely and efficientlyAllocate work, set clear expectations and provide direction throughout the shiftMaintain high standards of Health & Safety, food safety and housekeeping, acting immediately on any risksMonitor and manage performance against operational targets such as productivity, service and qualityAddress operational issues as they arise, making timely decisions to protect service and safetySupport colleague engagement through regular communication, feedback and visible leadership on the

warehouse, logistics, or distribution environmentPrevious team leadership or shift supervision experience in a fast‑paced operationStrong understanding of
