warehouse and production operation, ensuring stock, people and processes work seamlessly together. You’ll play a key part in keeping daily activity running smoothly, safely and efficiently, while balancing operational demands with cost control and quality.Working closely with production, logistics and wider business teams, you’ll take ownership of planning, coordination and continuous improvement. Your focus will be on accuracy, reliability and creating an environment where the team can perform at their best and hit shared targets.What you’ll be responsible for:Overseeing stock management, ensuring high levels of accuracy, rotation and minimal wasteChampioning health & safety compliance, leading by example and maintaining a safe working environmentManaging day-to-day
warehouse and production operations to meet service and performance targetsLeading, allocating and supporting the team through clear direction, training and feedbackPlanning and prioritising production to meet customer demand and delivery deadlinesCollaborating with internal teams to align stock levels, production plans and logisticsMonitoring labour, transport and operational costs, identifying opportunities for efficiencyMaintaining accurate records and reports across stock, production and complianceUsing data and insight to support continuous improvement initiativesContributing to a positive, engaged team culture focused on quality and accountabilityRequirementsYou will be a great fit if you have: Experience overseeing
