    We are looking to welcome a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator (Nightshift) to join our amazing In-store Fulfilment Operations Team working between the hours of 9:30 pm to 10:00 am, potentially working over 2 sites

    Your remit will be to support the Fulfilment Operations Team Leader in daily running of different parts of the fulfilment unit operations as part of the development assignment.

    Expected Starting Date: TBC

    WHAT WE OFFER
    This role offers a starting salary of £ per annum, based on competence & experience. It also attracts nightshift allowance of £2.25
    39 hours per week, working hours will support the needs of the business.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
    Relevant experience and proven performance in retail and/or logistics role.
    Proven experience in utilizing technical equipment.
    Proven record of applying and taking personal initiatives
    Computer skills
    Experience in planning and improving daily operations.
    Confident and clear communication in English both written and verbal.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
    Support the team both planning/leading and perform task for major areas of responsibility, picking, packing, unloading, loading and replenishment of goods/orders within the agreed time with the customer in focus.
    Maintain a clean, organised, and safe environment throughout the fulfilment unit. Ensure adherence and compliance of all safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and secure proper training across function.
    Responsible for the achievement of the goals determined by the Fulfilment Operations Manager or Team Leader, to support overall fulfilment operations goals and achieve excellence in running operations.
    Supervise the daily processes in the assigned area of responsibility, identifying and acting on improvement potentials and ensuring that daily routines are followed.
