The Role; Managing and developing a portfolio of existing construction clients Identifying and converting new business opportunities Building long-term relationships with buyers, site managers, and procurement teams Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Meeting sales targets and contributing to regional growth plans This is a field-based role, so a proactive, self-starting attitude is essential. You'll be out meeting clients face-to-face, attending site visits, and representing the brand across the North. What We're Looking For; Proven experience in a B2B Account Management or Sales role, ideally within the construction supply sector Strong understanding of the construction industry and sales cycles Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage your own territory Full UK driving licence What's in it for You?
