We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.About the roleIn this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our operation moving safely, efficiently and accurately.Working across our busy site, you'll be responsible for transporting raw materials, packaging and finished products, supporting both production and warehouse activities. You'll help manage goods in and goods out, maintain accurate stock records and ensure all vehicle movements are completed safely and in line with site procedures.This is a hands-on role where safety, teamwork and attention to detail are essential. You'll work closely with colleagues across the site to ensure materials are in the right place at the right time, helping us deliver the high-quality snacks our consumers love. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:Competitive annual salaryKP Pension Plan with up to 7% matched contributions25 days holiday, with the option to buy up to five additional days for more flexibilityComprehensive healthcare support including Health Cash Plan, Digital GP and Employee Assistance ProgrammeKP4ME benefits platform with discounts, cashback, wellbeing tools and everyday savingsEnhanced family-friendly policies to support colleagues at every stage of lifeWhat will you be doing?Safely operating forklift trucks and handling equipment to move raw materials, packaging and finished goods around site, supporting production and warehouse operationsManaging deliveries and despatch activities by unloading incoming vehicles, loading outbound shipments and ensuring accurate stock movements and documentationMaintaining high standards of safety and compliance by carrying out daily equipment checks, following site procedures and supporting safe vehicle movements across the yardSupporting stock accuracy and operational performance through the use of scanning systems, stock control processes and accurate record keepingWorking collaboratively across the site to prioritise tasks, meet production and customer requirements, and maintain excellent hygiene, quality and food safety standardsWe’d love to hear from you if you can bring:A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence with the confidence and capability to operate FLT equipment safely in a busy operational environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracy when completing stock transactions, documentation and scanning activitiesGood literacy and numeracy skills to follow procedures, complete records and communicate effectively with colleaguesExperience working in a warehouse, manufacturing or logistics environment is desirable, although we welcome candidates with transferable skills and the right attitudeA proactive, team-focused approach with a strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvementAdditional material handling experience such as Reach Truck, PPT or articulated truck operation would be beneficial but is not essentialOur purpose
