    Key tasks & Responsibilities
    Plan and oversee all ground improvement operations
    Maintain relationships with binder suppliers and ensure the binder orders are undertaken efficiently and economically.
    Ensure all projects are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way minimising binder loss and wastage.
    Maintain liaison with the clients, the site supervisor and project manager ensuring adherence to budget and programme. Report progress versus programme and create necessary forecasts.
    Collate and scrutinise records of daily activities, quantities, weather conditions and test results.
    Liaise with commercial managers and submit relevant project quantities as required.
    Scrutinise collated data to inform of any inefficiencies and lessons learnt. Work with Geotechnical Solutions Manager to assess the collated data.
    Ensure the organization's processes remain legally compliant with H&S and environmental regulations ensuring compliance with relevant method statements and risk assessments.
    Trouble Shoot problems and propose solutions when necessary

    Prospero Teaching is looking for SEND Specialist Tutors to deliver bespoke tuition packages on a 1:1 basis to young people with SEND that cannot currently access mainstream education. The Opportunity
    We are looking for inspirational tutors around Kington to support children and young people with SEND. Many children with SEND have been disengaged with their learning. We support pupils that have struggled to stay in the classroom, who feel too anxious to go to school or whose needs arent sufficiently supported at school.
    As a SEND Specialist Tutor, you must be able to create, plan and deliver 1:1 tailored lesson to bridge gaps in pupils education and boost attainment levels. You may be an experienced tutor or teacher or have experience of working with children in a therapeutic way.
