    to a child with ADHD and ASD, ensuring a structured and engaging learning experience.? Use positive behaviour strategies to manage

    of the student.? Work alongside the

    class teacher and SENCO

    to implement EHCP targets.? Foster a

    environment for the child.What We're Looking For:?? At least

    one year of experience

    1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

    working with children with

    ADHD, ASD, or challenging behaviours .?? Experience in

    KS1 or KS2

    settings (mainstream or SEN schools).?? Ability to

    de-escalate challenging situations

    and provide

    emotional regulation

    support.?? Passion for working with

    neurodiverse children

    and helping them reach their full potential.?? A

    calm, patient, and proactive

    approach to supporting SEN students.??

    Desirable:Experience working in an

    SEN school

    with

    primary-aged

    children.Previous experience supporting students working towards the
