The purpose of the role is to co-ordinate all technical information including Building Design, Highways, Drainage, Utilities and Sustainability on projects from inception to completion whilst working to the Management team's technical brief. What you'll do as a Senior Technical Coordinator - Managing the flow of technical information on a number of projects at any given time to ensure the projects are built on time and within budget - Checking and approving architect's and engineer's drawings and assist in the management of external consultants to minimise issues, thus maintaining strong working relationships and strengthening the regional performance - Monitoring the discharge of planning conditions, issue timely construction drawings and ensure enquiries and applications go to statutory service companies and local authorities to provide the highest standard of compliance for the Technical Department - Liaising with other company departments providing technical assistance whilst maintaining the highest standard of Health and Safety creating safe environments - Liaising with the NHBC/LABC on Building Regulation matters and discharge conditions so the region will be compliant and the Sales team will be able to release plots for sale - Preparing and approving conveyance plans, legal plans and monitor technical specifications so the Technical team have the relevant approval for the Sales Team to progress the sales process - Providing CAD work as required for the projects to support the wider technical team - Ensuring that on occasion when deputising for the Manager the team are allocated tasks, where quality of work will need to be verified to maintain it is completed to a good standard within company guidelines - Given proven experience the role will involve mentoring and training junior members of the team and developing their skills to a sufficient level where they can take on more responsibility and add value to the team, thus improving productivity within the region - On occasion provide assistance to the Manager when making key business decisions and attend regular regional meetings as the relevant subject expert What experience do I need? - Experience of working within a residential developer - Capable of producing viability layouts, detailed planning layouts for submission and other planning application supporting documents. - Experienced with the use of AutoCad and the production of working drawings for construction use. - HND/HNC or equivalent qualification in construction - Understanding of general design and technical processes with a reasonable knowledge of building regulations. - Full UK driving licence TPBN1_UKTJ Read Less

As a Legal PA, you will report to and provide integral support to the Group Solicitor and wider Legal Department on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of maternity leave for up to 12 months. The role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of legal and business support services, contributing to the smooth running of departmental activities while maintaining high standards of professionalism, organisation, and confidentiality. What you'll do as a Legal PA - Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Group Solicitor and wider Legal Department. - Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings to support the effective operation of the legal function. - Prepare, amend, and process legal documents, including Land Registry and SDLT forms, engrossments, and correspondence. - Coordinate departmental administration, including filing, post management, reporting, and office resource requirements. - Act as a point of contact for enquiries from internal stakeholders and former customers, ensuring a professional and responsive service. - Monitor and manage communications on behalf of the Group Solicitor, including email oversight during periods of absence. - Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and support the follow-up of actions where required. - Provide administrative support for HR-related matters, including note-taking at formal meetings. - Collaborate with and support other Legal PAs, including providing cover during annual leave and assisting with training and onboarding activities. - Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality. - Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Legal Department through proactive organisation and effective stakeholder support. What experience do I need? - Experience in a PA, Legal Secretary, or administrative support role is desirable. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail. - Professional, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
