    About the role

    As Ethics & Compliance Executive, you will be pivotal in providing oversight, devising and monitoring compliance controls to ensure the business is protected from a complex set of regulatory risks including anti bribery and corruption, tax evasion and sanctions. Your role will be to enhance compliance reporting to build oversight and transparency across the business and provide assurance through devising, monitoring and testing of controls. You will build strong relationships and provide comprehensive support and guidance to personally drive forward compliance focus, drive a step change in risk management, process and control improvement at IAG Cargo with the aim to help better mitigate risks and enhance knowledge and understanding of compliance across the business through training and communications. You will also be a key champion for ethics and support unlocking of business opportunities but ensure these are in an ethical and legally compliant way. You will play a key role in managing third party risk ensuring third party relationships are screened, risks identified and mitigating actions in place.

    What you'll do

    Support delivery of the IAG Cargo Ethics & Compliance programme including:

    Risk Assessments

    Undertake activities that detect, manage and monitor a diverse set of risks
    Ensure adequate measures are in place to comply and these are fit for purpose against regulatory changes.

    Third Party Risk

    Conduct due diligence checks and monitoring across a diverse set of third parties to ensure our third-party relationship are fully reputable, red flags are identified and mitigated and controls are put in place to protect IAG Cargo.
    Engage with customers and suppliers on their ethics and due diligence questionnaires.

    Standards and Controls

    Implement and maintain policies, processes and controls that safeguard our reputation and exposure to penalties
    Develop full monitoring of processes and controls that protect the business and ensure we are working in full compliance with laws and regulations and conducting business ethically.
    Monitoring against government sanctions lists and third-party alerts to ensure appropriate action is taken to reduce exposure.

    Training and Communication

    Champion the importance of compliance and ethics across the business through development of fit for purpose training material across key compliance risk areas such as anti-bribery and corruption, tax evasion and ethical conduct.
    Design tailored yet simplified compliance communications that address specific risks
    Offering support and advice for all compliance matters, standards, and processes.
    Engage and influence business stakeholders to educate, identify and interpret risks/needs and drive the compliance agenda with clear accountabilities and balancing business support with challenge.
    Ensure compliance risks from business change projects are effectively managed.

    To be a successful Senior Clinical Lead, you'll need:

    The desire and confidence to run supervisions and offer training and support to other therapy professionals.

    Reports to UK MFTS (RW) Maintenance Operations Manager Shawbury

    The B2 Licensed Engineer is responsible for the certification of line, non-routine maintenance and repair on Airbus H135/H145 rotorcraft.Type training will be provided for a suitable candidate.

    The main responsibilities of the post holder will be:
    Provide engineering operational support to Flight Operations.Accomplishment of maintenance inspections and repairs as directed by nominated LAE Supervisor.Work as a team leader and to high standards to ensure continued safe operation of the aircraft.Completion of maintenance, including avionic and electrical systems. Replacement of avionic line replaceable units, requiring simple tests to prove their serviceability.Supervision of avionic and electrical fitters and the certification of their work.Conduct off-aircraft avionic and electrical technical work in Av workshop as required.Also required to assist in day to day running of the aircraft Hangar, including aircraft movement and general housekeeping responsibilities.

    The post holder would ideally have the following Knowledge and Skills:

    Reports to UK MFTS (RW) Maintenance Operations Manager, Shawbury

    The B1.3 Licensed Engineer is responsible for the certification of line, non-routine maintenance and repair on Airbus H145 rotorcraft, at Valley.Type training will be provided for a suitable candidate.

    The main responsibilities of the post holder will be:
    Provide engineering operational support to Flight Operations.Accomplishment of maintenance inspections and repairs as directed by nominated LAE Supervisor.Work as a team leader and to high standards to ensure continued safe operation of the aircraft.Completion of maintenance, including airframe structure, power plant, mechanical and electrical systems. Replacement of avionic line replaceable units, requiring simple tests to prove their serviceability.Supervision of mechanical fitters and the certification of their work.Conduct off-aircraft mechanical, power plant, component and composite technical work in workshops as required.Also required to assist in day to day running of the aircraft hangar, including aircraft movement and general housekeeping responsibilities.

    The post holder would ideally have the following Knowledge and Skills:

    The role
    As a Commercial Specialist, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. The role will focus on commercial management of existing projects and supporting the growth team with new opportunities.

    Day-to-day, you'll provide commercial analysis of business, opportunities and contracts, amongst general financial analysis of bids and contracts, risk analysis, analysis of terms, agreements and contracts and lead on complex negotiations relating to these commercial areas. You will also:

    Develop existing commercial relationships with clients into long-term partnering relationships and build new relationships
    Identify business, corporate risks and contract risks and develop mitigation plans with operational teams
    Lead major complex negotiations in partnering ways which deliver client and internal expectations
    Draft, negotiate and implement agreements and contracts
    Provide advice at the right time to avoid disputes and help operational teams to continually improve and grow contracts for the benefit of client and Babcock

    This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with the option for remote work alongside occasional site visits.

    Description/Overall purpose of the Job

    UK Military Flying Training System (Rotary Wing) B1.3 Licensed Engineer, Shawbury
    Reports to UK MFTS (RW) Maintenance Operations Manager, Shawbury

    The B1.3 Licensed Engineer is responsible for the certification of line, non-routine maintenance and repair on Airbus H135 rotorcraft.Type training will be provided for a suitable candidate.

    The main responsibilities of the post holder will be:
    Provide engineering operational support to Flight Operations.Accomplishment of maintenance inspections and repairs as directed by nominated LAE Supervisor.Work as a team leader and to high standards to ensure continued safe operation of the aircraft.Completion of maintenance, including airframe structure, power plant, mechanical and electrical systems. Replacement of avionic line replaceable units, requiring simple tests to prove their serviceability.Supervision of mechanical fitters and the certification of their work.Conduct off-aircraft mechanical, power plant, component and composite technical work in workshops as required.Also required to assist in day to day running of the aircraft hangar, including aircraft movement and general housekeeping responsibilities.

    The post holder would ideally have the following Knowledge and Skills:

    ESSENTIAL
    Must have thorough knowledge of engine and airframe systems.Knowledge of specialised test equipment relating to engine and airframe systems.Must have up to date knowledge of:CAA regulations, particularly Pt 145, Part M and UK ANOs;Continued Airworthiness Management (CAM);Flight/Airport Operations;Aircraft Line Maintenance.
