labourer role, you’ll be confident supporting core trades in carrying out general repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks. You’ll have hands-on experience in carrying out repairs and cleaning work to void properties, ensuring homes are prepared to a high standard and ready for re-let. Your sound knowledge of Health and Safety requirements, and understanding of relevant legislation, means you work safely and efficiently while keeping the needs of customers at the forefront. You’ll be proactive in taking responsibility for removing large items of rubbish and will liaise effectively with other agencies where required to get the job done.
