This may involve some of the following: Groundwork, some fencing works (repairs and replacements), possible brick work repairs and small paving works Keeping sites clear of rubbish & delivering to tip/central skip Delivering and collecting materials from and to sites Occasionally small jobs of painting and decorating, mould washes or minor brickwork repairs Assisting on 2 person repairs Occasionally working with the roofers to provide support for working at heights You’ll need to have experience in a varied labouring role, carrying out similar tasks to the above. You should also have a solid understanding of health and safety to ensure all work is completed safely, along with the IT skills required to process jobs through a PDA, complete e-learning modules, and manage emails. We do our best to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible. However, due to the nature of this position, the job holder must be capable of: Working at heights Manual handling and lifting heavy and bulky items A high degree of mobility, which will include walking/lifting/loading and unloading vehicles A full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary.
