The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to lead a fabrication team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position suited to someone with a strong fabrication background who can support production, improve processes, and bring fresh ideas to the shop floor. A key requirement for this position is the ability to programme, set and operate a Bridgeport Interact machine at the machine. Experience using OneCNC software would be highly advantageous.
