The Role
As a Recruitment Account Manager , you will act as the main point of contact for our clients, managing end-to-end recruitment processes while building long-term partnerships. This is a hybrid role combining delivery, client management, and strategic account development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage existing client accounts , ensuring service excellence and retention
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals
Work closely with recruiters to deliver high-quality candidates on time
Manage job briefs, advertise roles, shortlist CVs, and coordinate interviews
Attend client meetings (virtual and in-person) to review performance and pipeline
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and cross-sell other recruitment services
Ensure ATS and CRM systems are up to date with accurate information
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in recruitment (agency or RPO) with account management focus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders under tight deadlines
Commercial awareness and ability to identify upselling opportunities
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
Experience using recruitment platforms, ATS, and CRM tools
