    You will support all key administrative functions across the region. From maintaining records to supporting our finance and personnel processes, your work will help us deliver high-quality services. You will be part of a small and friendly team that plays a vital role in keeping our services running smoothly.

    What You'll Do:
    Provide efficient and effective reception coverProvide essential administrative support to the teamMaintain records and assist with financial and personnel systemsUse your excellent organisational skills to support day-to-day operationsWork closely as a key support for Administrator, Senior Autism Practitioner and Services Manager roles

    What We're Looking For:
    Previous experience in an administrative rolePrevious experience in recruitment support, onboarding processing for new colleaguesStrong communication skills and attention to detailGood knowledge of MS Office and the ability to adapt to changeA proactive and flexible approach to workPrevious financial administrative experience would be desirable

    Additional Information:
    Successful candidates will be required to visit our Head Office in Alloa semi-regularly.Weekly hours would likely be split Monday-Friday 9am-2:30pm with a 30 min unpaid break.
