This is a hands-on, detail-focused role within a small, collaborative team environment where accuracy, efficiency, and quality are essential. The Opportunity These are practical, workshop-based assembly roles focused on building electrical cables and related components to customer specifications. You will be working as part of a production team assembling cables, harnesses, and associated components using both manual and automated methods. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, with responsibility spanning assembly, inspection, testing, and supporting wider production and stock control processes. Comprehensive training will be provided across all key areas of the department, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to further develop their skills within electrical manufacturing. The role reports into the Team Leader and Department Manager.
