Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Sales Executive who wants to build a career here, not just fill a seat. You’ll take ownership of your own customers from first enquiry to handover — qualifying leads, demonstrating vehicles, structuring finance, and closing the deal.

To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.
This is a genuine growth role. As the business expands we want the person in this seat to grow with it, into senior sales, business manager, or sales management.
    What You’ll Be Doing
•Managing inbound enquiries from web, phone, and walk-in, and following up every one properly
•Qualifying customers on needs, budget, and part-exchange, then matching them to the right vehicle from our stock
•Conducting vehicle demonstrations and accompanied test drives
•Presenting finance, warranty, and protection products fairly
•Appraising part-exchange vehicles and agreeing valuations with the Sales Manager
•Negotiating and closing deals while protecting margin
•Keeping the CRM/DMS accurate and up to date every single day
•Preparing vehicles for handover and delivering a handover the customer remembers for the right reasons
•Following up after sale to drive reviews, referrals, and repeat business
•Hitting agreed monthly targets on units, finance penetration, and add-on products
    What We’re Looking For
    Essential
    •A full UK driving licence
•Confident, professional communication — face to face, on the phone, and over email/WhatsApp
•Resilience and self-motivation: you chase the follow-up, you don’t wait for it to come to you
•Comfortable working to targets and being measured on results
•Good numeracy — you can talk a customer through a finance quote and stand behind the figures
•Availability to work weekends on a rota (Saturdays are our busiest day)
•Right to work in the UK
    Desirable
•Previous motor trade sales experience, or strong sales experience from another sector (retail, telesales, hospitality, estate agency)

We will consider applicants without motor trade experience if you can show a track record of selling and a genuine interest in cars. xrexnqw Full training will be given.
    Why Join Us
•Uncapped commission — your earnings are down to you, and our top performers earn well above OTE
•Clear progression — a defined path to Senior Sales Executive, Business Manager, or Sales Manager as we open new sites
•Full training and support, including manufacturer and FCA compliance training
•Quality stock and real marketing spend, so you’re working live enquiries rather than cold lists
    •demonstrator scheme
    •days holiday

Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.

This isn’t a single-venue role. You’ll build pipeline, win corporate business and manage bookings across a portfolio of standout London venues — backed by a sales system built by operators and driven by data.

•Own the booking process end to end: proposals, holding dates, confirming numbers and dietaries, and handover to delivery.
•Maintain accurate pipeline and activiwithin the CRM.

Monitor sales performance and produce regular reports and forecasts for internal use and for venue clients.
•Work closely with venue partners and internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience for every corporate booking.
