Salary: £40,000-46,000 plus BenefitsMy client a leading global provider of coroprate Events require a Travel & Guest Services Manager to own delivery of delegate registration services and flights through Guest Management Services and Group Aviation Management teams ensuring they deliver to a high standard, focusing on resourcing and key account management. You will develop both teams and support them through management, leadership, training and coaching, and collaborating with project planning and delivery teams.What you'll be doing:Management and monitoring of Guest Management Services and Group Aviation Management workload and resource, providing solutions through accurate planning and productivityEnsure quality of output from GMS & GAM associates, in line with agreed internal SLAsEnsure delegate registration is provided efficiently, productively and proactivelyConform with company procedures in all aspects of GMS & GAMLiaise with the planning and delivery teams, Business Development Directors, Clients and other BI WORLDWIDE associates in a professional and timely mannerTo be familiar with and support the account strategy of projectsAlways maximise time efficiency and profitabilityAttend and actively participate in meetings, where requiredDevelop and implement training / coaching plans with the team members as and when requiredWhat we're looking for:Substantial experience within a similar role with strong background in delegate management, project resourcing and people developmentProven experience of providing a high level of customer service within a fast-paced and pressurised environmentDatabase management (experience of using Stova, Cvent, Crowd Comms or another delegate management platform) including producing reportsExperience in creating websites (primarily within a registration system) would be advantageous however not essentialApp Management (experience of using SpotMe or other app platforms) would be advantageous however not essentialUnderstanding of Amadeus Selling Platform (advantageous but not essential) and knowledge of group aviation processProven ability to manage and interrogate large volumes of complex dataDemonstrate client management skillsFormal line management skills and experienceExcellent attention to detailIntermediary or advanced level knowledge of ExcelPrevious experience of working to tight timescales in a fast-paced environment, with proven ability to manage and prioritise a busy and demanding workload
