The role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in helping landlords let their properties and tenants find their next home, delivering an excellent experience from enquiry through to move-in.
Your responsibilities will include:
Registering and qualifying applicants
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers and agreeing lets
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Opportunities to generate new business and winning instructions
Progressing tenancies through to move-in
Working closely with our Property Management team to ensure a smooth customer journey
Maintaining accurate records and keeping applicants updated
What we’re looking for
Around 12+ months’ experience in residential lettings (not essential)
A confident and professional communicator
Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with clients
Excellent customer service skills
Someone who takes pride in doing things properly
Full UK driving licence
(ARLA/NAEA qualifications are a bonus, not essential. xrexnqw )
