As a Senior eCommerce Merchandiser based in our Warwick office, you’ll be responsible for: Manage and optimise on‑site search (Bloomreach or similar), improving product findability, relevance and commercial performance.Maintain and improve catalogue structures, facets and navigation to support customer journeys.Use analytics, MVT and personalisation tools to boost conversion and customer experience.Work closely with Commercial, CX and eCommerce teams to align content, launches and campaigns with sales and margin goals.Plan and deliver category merchandising, promotions and content in line with trading plans.
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer a hybrid working model (3 days on-site and 2 days remote).
Here’s what we’d like you to have:Strong eCommerce merchandising experience, including managing on‑site search tools like Bloomreach to improve product findability and conversion.Confident using data, analytics and Excel to guide decisions and optimise customer journeys.Clear communicator who can work with stakeholders at all levels and create effective briefs for designers and developers.Highly organised, commercially aware and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.Collaborative, customer‑focused and comfortable working independently while contributing to cross‑functional teams.
