We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.About the roleWe're looking for an experienced Data Lead to join our ERP transformation programme on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role would suit a seasoned transformation professional with a strong track record of leading complex ERP data programmes within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.Working closely with the Finance Data Lead and wider Project team, you'll be responsible for the strategy, governance, quality and migration of non-financial data across KP Snacks. Covering areas such as Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing and Customer data, you'll play a critical role in ensuring data is accurate, governed effectively and ready for a successful transition into our new ERP platform.You'll combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills to drive high-quality outcomes across multiple workstreams, helping to shape the future of how data supports our business.What’s in it for you?

    Proven experience leading data workstreams within large-scale ERP transformation programmes, including data migration, governance, cleansing and business readiness activities within a manufacturing, FMCG or consumer packaged goods environmentStrong data governance and quality knowledge
    Experience establishing data governance frameworks, master data standards and data quality controls, with a clear understanding of how accurate data supports business operations and transformation successERP platform experience
    Experience working with enterprise ERP platforms and data migration tools. Recent Infor M3 and Infor Data Management experience would be highly advantageous, although experience with other major ERP platforms will also be consideredTechnical and analytical capability
    Strong understanding of ERP data structures, ETL processes, SQL and reporting tools such as Power BI, with the ability to turn complex data challenges into practical business solutionsLeadership and stakeholder management skills
    Able to influence senior stakeholders, build strong relationships across functions and lead multiple cross-functional workstreams to deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex transformation environmentQualifications & Experience Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceSignificant experience leading data delivery within ERP transformation programmesExperience working in complex business environments where data accuracy is critical to operational successDAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) qualification is highly desirablePRINCE2, PMP, Agile or similar project management qualification would be advantageousExperience within manufacturing, FMCG or consumer packaged goods organisations is preferredOur purpose
