This is a high-volume site with consistent work (no downtime or waiting for jobs), working on a modern vehicle fleet using the latest repair equipment and materials. What you'll be doing: Repairing damaged panels to a high standard Preparing and priming panels ready for paint Carrying out panel straightening and dent removal Using modern repair methods and equipment Delivering right-first-time repairs to reconditioning standards Due to the nature of this role we will require you on-site in Coalville 5-days per week. Package: Up to £39,000 basic salary Bonus up to 15% 15% pension contribution Hours: 45 hours per week 9-hour shifts between 06:30 - 18:00 Shift patterns discussed at interview Qualifications We are a diverse business looking for a panel technician, with a passion for the automotive industry that puts quality at the beginning of every process. Your keen eye and technical knowledge will ensure that vehicles within the cosmetic teams are accurately repaired to Motability standards.
