Description Motability Operations are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join our busy, state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville on a permanent basis. This is a high-volume site with consistent work (no downtime or waiting for jobs), working on a modern vehicle fleet using the latest repair equipment and materials. What you'll be doing: Repairing damaged panels to a high standard Preparing and priming panels ready for paint Carrying out panel straightening and dent removal Using modern repair methods and equipment Delivering right-first-time repairs to reconditioning standards Due to the nature of this role we will require you on-site in Coalville 5-days per week. Package: Up to £39,000 basic salary Bonus up to 15% 15% pension contribution Hours: 45 hours per week 9-hour shifts between 06:30 - 18:00 Shift patterns discussed at interview Qualifications We are a diverse business looking for a panel technician, with a passion for the automotive industry that puts quality at the beginning of every process.
