    Description Motability Operations are currently recruiting for a Network Account Manager to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will manage a defined portfolio of smaller dealer groups and sites through structured, data-led performance management. Day to day: You will actively manage performance against Matrix KPIs and Standards metrics, ensuring clear visibility of risk and early, structured intervention where required. You will operate primarily through digital engagement, maintaining regular contact with dealer leadership and site-level stakeholders. You will coordinate closely with DPI to ensure efficient triage of inbound queries and structured follow-up of actions. You will support escalation where performance falls below agreed standards, ensuring timely and proportionate intervention. You will contribute to the delivery of MO priorities by driving focused engagement within your portfolio. Qualifications You are organised, analytical and comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio with discipline and structure. You are confident engaging dealer stakeholders remotely and capable of influencing behaviour without regular field presence. You understand how KPIs drive customer experience and commercial outcomes. You are proactive in identifying performance trends and deploying early intervention to reduce risk. You are collaborative and able to work effectively with field-based colleagues to ensure joined-up account management. Minimum criteria: Automotive industry knowledge including understanding of dealer operations. Experience of B2B account management or structured portfolio management. Experience of working with performance data and KPIs to drive change. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience of working cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. Working in Vehicle Solutions, part of Motability Operations Limited, the UK's largest vehicle leasing company, the principal objective of this role is to ensure that parts are monitored and priced for any vehicles that are in consideration for refurbishment and sent for authorisation in a timely manner. Ensuring all parts are ordered and relevant system/documents are updated to reflect parts ordered/arrived, reporting into the Fleet Operations Manager, you will also be collaborating with other teams, booking out parts and consumables. You will be working alongside another Parts Advisor and the Workshop Control Team to help achieve our Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and troubleshoot any problems that may arise in obtaining parts, assisting with the receiving and distribution of parts and consumables to the Bodyshop Team. This role will be working 45-hours power week, Mon-Fri 07:00-17:00.
