The role will involve providing advice to the engineering team during the development of our integrated mission systems, leading the airworthiness tasking and production of documentation to achieve ‘release to service’ or ‘approval for flight’ of aircraft systems and managing the approval of in-service modifications and upgrades.

In addition to working on our existing portfolio of programmes, you will also support our future capabilities, business growth opportunities, and bids and proposals – this will provide you the opportunity to plan and shape the future of certification and airworthiness content on programmes.

You will primarily be home based with occasional travel to the Havant offices and our customer sites in Cornwall, Crawley, Bristol and Yeovil.

You will experience a wide range of certification and airworthiness activities including:
