    We're looking for a motivated, flexible, and hard-working HGV Class 2 Driver to join our growing team at our Manchester depot. This is a multidrop/collection role that combines professional driving with hands-on physical work, delivering top-tier service to our customers.

    What You'll Be Doing
    Carrying out scheduled collections of confidential material from commercial and public sector customers.
    Operating mobile shredding vehicles and assisting with secure document destruction on-site.
    Completing electronic collection documentation with precision and care.
    Adhering to all road traffic laws, working time regulations, and company procedures.
    Representing Shred Station in a professional and courteous manner - you'll be the face of our service.
    Maintaining strict confidentiality and GDPR compliance in handling sensitive material.

    What We're Looking For
    Category C (Class 2) licence , Driver CPC (DQC) , and a valid Digital Tachograph card .
    Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling duties.
    Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.
    Flexible with working hours.
    Willing to undertake full training and commit to high security standards.
    Able to pass comprehensive security checks in line with BS7858 , including:
    5-year employment and residence history check
    UK Police and Government SC-level vetting (as required)

    Your responsibilities as a HGV 2 Driver:

    Completing deliveries of equipment to Hospitals and GP Surgeries across the region.
    Vehicles are preloaded and ready to go.
    Deliveries of palletised or caged goods with around 7-8 drops per shift.
    Average shifts 9 / 10 hours.

    HGV 2 Driver - About you:

    Full Cat C licence or above (minimum 2 years' experience)
    A valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
    All drivers must undertake a driving assessment and have a criminal record check - we will help with this.

    We are currently recruiting for Class 1 (C+E) HGV drivers for our client based in Newton Abbot, on an on-going basis for day shifts. This could either be part time or full time hours, dependant on client requirements.

    Duties to include making deliveries to stores in Devon and Cornwall on day shifts, or making caged collections from Avonmouth / South Wales depot before returning to the depot in Newton Abbot. You will be expected to maintain cleanliness of the vehicle at the end of your shift.

    Shift times usually start from 0500hrs for day shifts, and 1700hrs for the night shifts (if required).

    About the job:

    £14.62 - £21.94 per hour PAYE ADV - Days (other PAYE models available)
    £15.59 - £23.39 per hour PAYE ADV - Nights (other PAYE models available)
    Monday-Sunday including Bank Holidays.
    Guaranteed 8 hours pay.

    Key Duties:

    Complete daily delivery assignments as required.
    Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and the load is secure before departure.

    Deposit all collected payments at the end of each shift.
