    Salary: Circa £53,000 depending on experience

    What you'll be doing:

    Support financial transactions for a portfolio of leases across a range of lease classifications
    Assist in the preparation and delivery of actuals, budgets, and forecasts for lease payments, including associated accounting entries for the relevant business units
    Provide guidance in the application of established policies, processes, and procedures relating to leases and lease accounting
    Contribute to financial control by ensuring compliance with, and performing reviews of, key processes across multiple workstreams, liaising with Level 2 Process Owners as needed
    Take ownership of internal control assessments, including the development of action plans, resolution of issues, and communication with impacted business units
    Support internal and external audit activities as required

    Your skills and experiences:

    Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA)
    Good understanding of core accounting principles, including profit and loss management
    Technical knowledge of lease accounting and a clear understanding of IFRS 16
    Experience in Process improvement is highly advantageous

    We are currently looking for a Fire Engineer to join our team and help us to provide the highest quality of commissioning, repair, and maintenance service principally of fire detection and emergency light systems. This role is remote and will cover the Cambridge area.

    What will you be doing in this role?

    As a Fire Engineer at Tunstall, the main priority is to consider the needs of the Customer first and be able to demonstrate exceptional customer relation and interpersonal skills. Typically, the types of sites covered will be residential homes for the elderly and supported living accommodation.     The Ideal candidate:

    To be successful in this role you will have proven experience as a Fire Engineer, using your experience to repair and maintain existing equipment and systems across the range of fire, emergency light, company and 3rd party products.

    Any experience of working within a field-based role would be desirable, but not essential.

    Key skills and experience:

    A day in the life of a Senior Clinical Lead will involve:
    Directly lead and support the strategic and operational delivery of Speech & Language Therapy (SALT) services across our education and care settings.
    Manage a caseload of children and young adults with diverse speech, language, and communication needs, delivering assessments, therapy, and specialist interventions.
    Design, monitor, and implement high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic training to therapists and team members across Phoenix, ensuring a Neurodiversity Affirming and trauma-informed approach.
    Provide supervision, training, and development opportunities for junior therapists and assistants, fostering a supportive and effective team environment.
    Work with the Therapies Director to expand and enhance the SALT provision, contributing to recruitment, resource management, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
    Ensuring compliance with professional standards, confidentiality, and safeguarding protocols, while promoting health and safety, maintaining accurate clinical records and driving service development initiatives.

    To be a successful Senior Clinical Lead, you'll need:
    A recognised post-graduate qualification in Speech and Language Therapy along with HCPC Registration.
    Ideally, 5+ years of post-qualification experience as Speech and Language Therapist, with at least 1 years' experience in supervising or managing a team.
    The desire and confidence to run supervisions and offer training and support to other therapy professionals.
    Good IT skills - We'll train you on how to use our systems, but it would help if you had a working understanding of using Microsoft packages like Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
    A full driving licence. Whilst this role is based in a single location, travel to other sites will be required at times including travel to our Tiverton Hub for team meetings and training where required.

    If you have experience working within the NHS, the best way for us to describe the level of experience needed for this role would be to consider a "Band 8a" position.

    The Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Staff Grade Doctor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our NHS medical glaucoma service, providing both clinical and surgical assistance. This position requires a compassionate professional with a deep understanding of glaucoma management and patient care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Diagnose, evaluate and manage patients with existing and undiagnosed glaucoma along with other ocular conditions.

    - Perform diagnostic tests and procedures such as visual field assessments, optical coherence tomography (OCT), volk, CCT and gonioscopy.

    - Provide management plans for existing Glaucoma referrals

    - Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.

    The Role

    As an integral part of a multi disciplinary team working alongside consultants, you will be required to carry out pre and post-operative consultations, assessing the suitability of patients for treatment. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

    Carry out examinations that are associated with refractive surgery, cataract, and medical retina procedures.
    Run acute and follow up clinics postsurgery for patients documenting findings in the electronic medical record systems.
    Provide health advice and support to patients attending the hospital.
    Provide first line clinical advice to patients and follow the appropriate means of referral to a medical practitioner if necessary.
    Ensure awareness of the uses, safety precautions and handling of equipment within the clinical competency framework.
    Ensure awareness of CQC policies and updates, attending all mandatory update courses

    What You'll Need

    Current GOC registration as a fully qualified optometrist
    Extensive experience working as an optometrist in a refractive, high street or hospital environment
    Experience of using patient administration systems and electronic medical record systems
    Experience of working to conversion targets and other KPIs within Vision Correction
