We're looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our Operations team at Swan Retail/EPOS Bureau. This is a key customer-facing role where you’ll help deliver hardware and software setups, configure systems, and make sure our retail and hospitality customers get a seamless, stress-free onboarding experience. No two days are the same. One day you’ll be configuring servers or staging hardware, and the next you may be on-site ensuring a smooth installation.
