    Reporting directly to our CEO, this is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver a strategic, company-wide transformation programme across Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.

    You'll join us on a 12-18 month contract, guiding the design and rollout of key go-to-market initiatives; from digital demand generation and sales capability building to pricing innovation, lifecycle marketing, and new tooling. With full executive backing, a clear roadmap, and cross-functional alignment, you'll be the driving force behind a programme that's critical to our next phase of growth.

    What you'll be doing

    Leading the planning, coordination and delivery of a high-impact GTM transformation programme

    Partnering with senior leaders across ClearCourse to deliver change across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and RevOps

    Driving forward initiatives such as pricing optimisation, new sales tooling, digital marketing uplift, AI-driven content creation, and customer lifecycle automation

    Reporting on programme milestones and impact to the executive team and board

    Championing adoption of new systems, tools, and ways of working across the business

    Keeping stakeholders engaged and informed - with structure, clarity and pace

    What we're looking for

    We're after a strategic yet hands-on leader who's delivered large-scale go-to-market or commercial change programmes in a fast-paced SaaS or software environment.
    You'll be comfortable engaging at C-level and confident managing cross-functional delivery. A background in private equity or investor-led transformation is a strong advantage.
    You'll thrive on turning complexity into clarity - and strategy into measurable progress.

We’re looking for someone with at least two years’ experience in fraud prevention within a financial services setting, who’s comfortable handling data and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
