Responsibilities Lead in resolving complex audit stream risk issues that emerge, ensuring a detailed review of audit files is performed, when required, by the senior managers in the team to establish the nature and extent of the risk bringing in specialist support from the wider AQD team as required.Proactively identify wider risk issues and prevent such risks from crystalising by implementing policies, guidance and training to the audit stream.Support the ASRM partner on reviewing and monitoring the highest risk audit engagements, known as the Close Monitored List.Provide oversight to the ASRM team on other audit risks and contractual matters arising from the Audit Stream and ensuring they are satisfactorily resolved.Lead on projects to ensure that all processes and controls related to audit stream risk management are correctly implemented to support a System of Quality Management, ensuring that any remediation points are addressed.Support RIs experiencing a challenging inspection or regulatory process.Contribute to audit quality initiatives led by the wider Audit Quality Improvement Team.You'll be someone with: Ideas, drive, energy and passion!
