You will be responsible for assisting Directors & Partners in providing Tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients.
The primary responsibility will be to deal with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of existing clients and assist with the development of targets in order to ensure the continued growth of the business. You will also provide assistance to senior members of staff in both client work and in the management of the group, as appropriate.We’re looking for someone with:Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownershipAn in depth knowledge of EMI, ESS and knowledge of reward tax and related areas such as employment, NIC and capital gains tax etcExpertise on split interest, freezer and nil paid arrangementsExperience in the preparation of share valuations and liaison with HMRCStaff management and mentoring experienceAwareness of accounting, employment law and company law implications of share incentivesExperience of dealing direct with clients including agreement of feesEducated to degree level (LLB preferred), and/or CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified or equivalentYou’ll be able to be yourself; we’ll recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to the business.
