    Class 1 Tanker Driver

    Menzies Distribution Solutions are looking for a HGV/LGV Class 1 Driver with Tanker experience to join our team, providing a first class service in Stratford-upon-Avon. You'll be undertaking the delivery & collection of product on behalf of Menzies Distribution Solutions Limited.

    We Do Not Require You To Have An ADR Licence And Have Various Shifts Available Please Just Ask

    HGV Class 1 Driver Duties:

    General driving duties, observing current legal and best practice delivering and collection to/from our customer's premises or other MDS locations.
    Use of electronic POD and up to date technology (full training provided)
    Assisting with loading and unloading
    Tramping is required
    Weekend and Bank Holiday work may be required

    HGV Class 1 Driver Requirements:

    A full UK C+E licence
    12 months previous class 1 driving experience preferred
    Previous bulk Tanker tipping experience using pump and/or compressor (desirable - Full training will be provided)
    No more than 6 points on your licence
    No previous disqualifications
    Good knowledge of drivers hours and WTD regulations

    What you'll be doing?

    Paid media management - Launch, optimise and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, AWIN, ensuring sales growth and positive ROI

    Performance analysis & optimisation - Take ownership of marketing spend to drive performance against key metrics, ensuring spend is apportioned and optimised to key categories.

    Testing and optimisation - Run tests to scale up spends efficiently across core channels

    Budgeting and forecasting - Take ownership of budget allocation across channels and effectively communicate to necessary owners of the budget and P&L

    Feed management - Oversee and optimise the product feed, ensuring effective promotion of offers, enhancing copy, and continuously iterating to improve click-through rates.

    Reporting - Own performance in weekly trade calls and provide key stakeholders with updates ad hoc

    Who are we looking for?

    Job Purpose :

    Our Customer Care Administrators provide excellent customer service to the network by building relationships, resolving queries on a wide variety of complex topics and processing orders and changes. Customer Care is the first contact point for our network and the role is to truly represent the values and principles of Lifeplus.

    The role will include but is not limited to:
    Answer customer queries and process incoming customer requests via phone and email using Lifeplus Puzzel ticket management software in line with Lifeplus policies and service level agreements.
    Process customer orders via various Non Voice channels (Quick Order, Web Order, Fax) using in-house Lifeplus system software in line with Lifeplus policies and service level agreements.
    Make outgoing phone calls to customers where appropriate in order to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
    Proactively develop relationships where possible, building opportunities with both new and existing customers and ensuring high levels of customer retention at all times.
    Ensure a proactive, flexible and positive approach at all times when handling customer requests.
    Participate in the ongoing development of Lifeplus Customer Care and the wider business, and proactively contribute to personal learning and improvement.
    Keep up to date with processes, and ensure a thorough understanding of, the company's business structure and product portfolio. There is no requirement to give advice on specific product recommendations.

    Candidate Profile:
    Fluent in speaking and writing Dutch and English.
    Passionate about delivering customer service.
    Willing to learn how to use a variety of bespoke IT systems.
    Positive and engaging communication skills.

    2 week rotational shift pattern:
    Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:15
    Week 2: Monday to Friday, 09:45 to 18:00
