    As a Recruitment Officer, your responsibilities will include:

    Liaising with the Care Planner and Registered Manager to manage vacancies and online adverts.
    Interviewing and selecting suitable candidates.
    Attending recruitment events as required, and monitoring the local community for recruitment opportunities.
    Engaging in community activity to raise the company's profile.
    Managing onboarding compliance from interview to sign-off, including references, DBS applications, ID, and other required documentation.
    Promptly chasing references and documentation to ensure timely sign-off for new candidates.
    Supporting retention by maintaining contact with candidates from interview through to compliance, ensuring they feel supported and have any questions answered.

    You will play a key role in ensuring safe staffing levels through continuous recruitment activity and by selecting high-quality candidates to help us maintain an outstanding service.

    To be successful as a Recruitment Officer, you will have:

    Health and social care knowledge would be an advantage, however this can be trained.
    Target driven and proven ability to meet KPI's
    A good level of education
    IT Skills
    Driver and access to own transport
    Ability to work under pressure

    We have an opportunity for a Senior Radiographer to join their team of staff in the Imaging department.

    This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

    Duties of this role include:

    You actively participate in the efficient and safe operation of the Imaging Department, providing a consistent, high-quality service to all patients and visitors.
    You carry out general and specialised radiographic procedures within your scope of competence as agreed with the Clinical Services Manager - Imaging / Clinical Lead to high technical and quality standards, assessing patients & interpreting clinical requirements to determine appropriate radiographic techniques.
    You undertake imaging examinations in line with department operational procedures and policies, using techniques that produce the lowest radiation dose to the patient and staff whilst producing high quality, diagnostic images.
    You practice good radiation, protection and safety and observe Local Rules and Systems of Work.
    You comply with departmental IRMER and Radiation Safety Policies & Procedures.
    You participate in supervision, training and peer review within your area of competence / expertise.

    Applicants should meet the following criteria:

    Previous experience working within the acute healthcare sector.
    Experience of customer care, including interacting with challenging customers and situations.
    Can undertake I.V. contrast injections.
    A Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography.
    Healthcare Professionals Council (HCPC) registration.
    A general radiographic background / training.
    IT systems familiarity e.g. RIS / PACS.
    Knowledge of the healthcare service sector and the systems and processes used.
    Awareness of College of Radiographers and HCPC Code of Conduct / Accountability.
    Knowledge of Radiation Regulations.
    Successful completion of an approved Cannulation course.
    Successful completion of the Circle Health Group PGD training and comply with the associated PGD.
    Cardiac Cath Lab experience essential for this role

    Carry out day to day Plumbing Tasks
    Produce Landlord Certificates & CP12's
    Conduct Landlord Gas / Oil Safety Inspections and undertake any necessary remedial works
    Complete certification and work orders to meet KPI's

    The Ideal Candidate:

    Knowledge of Boilers, Vented & Unvented, Gas Fires, Analysis, Water Heaters, and Pipework
    Thorough knowledge of day to day plumbing tasks
    Strong health and safety knowledge

    We are seeking a committed, diligent Registered Children's Home Manager to join our new Assessment Home based in Northwich (Cheshire). The home will open in early 2026.

    Arley Grange will be a two-bed service proving immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support.

    Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment. Every placement provides PACE principle of residential care, access to education and participation in outdoor/adventure activities.

    A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children, within the last 5 years (essential)
