    Your new roleTemporary Administrator 35 hours, 5 Days a Week. 100% onsite Temporary – Immediate Start – ongoing £14 to £15 per hour plus holiday pay
    You will be required to provide professional administrative across a very busy commercial housing team. 
    This is a temporary role and is expected to last 2 to 3 months; however, it could be longer. 
    The post holder will be a key administrative point of contact within the team and will ensure questions, issues and concerns are addressed effectively. 

    With excellent communication skills and experienced in customer service and sales, you will be managing inboxes, taking enquiries and ensuring that information is appropriately triaged and signposted.
    This is a diverse and busy role which would suit a candidate who is flexible, able to hit the ground running and equally, someone who will pitch in when required during peak times to support team members.
    Excellent IT skills are required as you will be providing general administrative support across the department and inputting key details into the internal system.

    You'll be working within the Bristol office of an international company.
    Your new role 
    You will be expected to manage, file, locate and deliver physical records stored within the Bristol office, coordinating on a wider basis with other record managers across the UK. Primary role requirements are as follows:
    Due to the nature of the industry, experience in physical records management and storage is preferred.Must be able to be on site from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00.Comfortable with a physical role, handling large records, filing boxes, and loading trolleys. Must be confident with filing systems, both physical and digital, and be confident locating requested records in a succinct manner.Day to day, you will be expected to file records according to protocols and acquire any records requested by partners or clients.You will need to monitor your outlook inbox for requests and communicate with other internal teams to fulfil the task to completion. 
    What you'll need to succeed 
    Experience in professional services preferred.
    Need to be able to handle the physical aspects of the role e.g. manoeuvring large boxes of records.
    Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow.
    Previous work as a records manager, filing clerk, library assistant or similar background will all be considered.
    Those who are happy in back of house roles will be best suited.
